During Our Evaluation We Look For The Following:

Our total fixed price is based on these items or conditions required to install our advanced TGP, TGD, or  TGN Pre-Assembly Rheem tankless hot water system in your home.

1. Number of hot water tanks to be removed.

2. Available install space size and condition to install the tankless system.

3. Does the house have two hot water zones, and can they be combined into one zone?

4. Current gas piping length and size. (Most homes built after 2009 do not need a gas upgrade)

5. Existing tank vent size and condition.

6. Water supply piping to the existing tanks.

7. Electrical outlet availability for the tankless system.

8. Existing tank drains.

9. Does your home have a dedicated hot water return line?

10. Is it possible to relocate the tankless unit to a different location if needed?

11. Additional work that may be needed to complete the installation, if any?

Note: Most homes built after 2009 have everything required to support a tankless water heater.
