MODEL TGP Rheem/Culligan Pre-Assembly Tankless System for Hot Water Crossover Circulation - Designed for up to 4 Shower Home.
- Mounted on 1/2" oil base finished plywood board
- (1) Install Rheem RTGH-95DVL-2 Natural Gas or LP tankless condensing unit.
- (1) Rheem/Taco circulation system controlled by Rheem tankless unit computer.
- (1) Grundfos whole house hot water circulation crossover valve and braided supply lines installed under the furthest sink from the tankless unit.
- (1) Install Culligan whole-house filtration system for the cold water inlet side of the tankless unit.
- (1) Install a 5-micron 3M sediment/scale filter cartridge.
- (1) Install aluminum tankless and filter drain pan with ceramic coating.
- (1) Install service valve hot/cold set.
- All necessary PEX, PVC piping, fitting, and connectors.
- Run and test system.
- Tankless Guru warranty 5 years, parts and labor on complete system installed (does not include filter cartridge)
- Rheem warranty 1-year parts and labor, 5 years parts, and 12 years heat exchanger limited (performed by Tankless Guru only)
